CASTING
& FOUNDRY
WHAT IS
CASTING?
Castings are produced by melting metal, pouring liquid metal into a mold, then allowing it to solidify.
We can create a prototype or cad drawing for you using Rhino. Send us a picture with dimensions. We can 3D print your prototype with our Formlabs printers. We can also modify existing drawings or prototypes.
We do Spru and tumbling, high polishing, mirror polishing, satin finish, matte, nickel plating, silver plating, gold plating, chrome plating, patinas and patina matching.
We make rubber molds, silicone molds (yellow non-shrink) and mixed blue molds. We can make molds in any size. We work with artists who need highly detailed molds. Laser Engraving

HOW WE
WORK?
The process for metal casting includes several steps according to each project.
If you do not have a physical piece we can design it, if you already have the 3D model you can send it to us for 3D printing, or if you have a physical piece that you want to reproduce you can bring it to make the mold and create the wax, or even if you have the wax, You can bring it to do the casting.

3D Design
We use specialized 3D modeling software, 3D designers can create incredibly realistic models that can be viewed as 2D images (or renderings) or explored as fully 3D models.

3D Printing
We give you access to the most professional 3D printing technologies and materials. Create plastic functional parts, and visual prototypes with resin materials for a smooth surface finish.
